What Should Men Wear In Rome In The Winter?
There are a number of things to consider when packing for a winter vacation in Rome and the most important one is that you are traveling in the unpredictable winter cold.
As rule of thumb you will want to consider how well your shoes will have traction on the potentially wet cobblestones. Will you need a winter hat, scarves or gloves for the cold winds? Do you have heavier weight pants to keep you comfortable outside in the cold?

When I am referring to the Winter, I mean the months of December, January and February, which is the least crowded and coldest period in Rome, but as I mentioned, it rarely goes below freezing.
